"No one home"

I have been trying to contact palace barracks for months. not because I want to join the army, but because my elderly father was stationed their for his national service and would love to go back, he has happy memories of his time there.

I have written letters called many times but no response - hopeless

My mother recently passed and this is one thing I want to do for him. His name is Geoff Brooks and he was there in mid 1950s

Is the place still a working barracks?.
