"Vendor threw the phone down"

A review of Inn Shoes by John Trader written on Monday 2nd of February 2015

Tried to get some help / redress on shoes that had lost a sole after only 4 month's wearing. Vendor said to take it up with trading standards and then put the phone down. Earlier an assistant had told me to try sticking the sole with super glue. Needless to say I am taking this up with trading standards and will never shop here again..
