The workers in Eventsec are a great bunch of people to work with but the way it is run is a joke! If the senior members of the company found out what some people were up to they would sack them! Because of the nature of the job you have to phone or email in to the office to get work, seems all good but when your in the bad books at the office (usually over nothing) you will be told there isn't anything on this week. Eventsec staff have there wee groups were certain staff can do what they want and others are blanked out altogether. It is very hard to progress in the company. Also most staff don't talk to one and other meaning protocol isn't followed the way it says it will leaving most things to slip past.

PROS None really

Cons everything. Short breaks (if any).
