"Lack of meat!!"

I recently purchased an Oaktree Estate Beef casserole in Tescos and was very disappointed!! although the flavour was good the content left a lot to be desired! contrary to the picture on the front of the packing which certainly made it look appertising and very full there were only 3 very small pieces of meat and no carrot to be found!!.
