"Shankill house is just as it's name says"

My mother was in Shankill house for 7 years and the care she recieved was second to none. The girls were very caring towards her and gave her diginty because she has dimentia. Since last year she had to move to nursing care but to me Shankill will always be her home. The home is closing because a new type of home is being built but as far as i'm concerned nothing will be like the home was. it might look out of date in this time but looks aren't everything and one should be thinking more of the care that goes on in the home rather than un suites..
