Their GP's great (Dr Jackson) but the reception staff are just plain gruff, disinterested and to be honest? Rude. Trying to make an appointment used to be easy. Ring at 8.30am on the day and get one that day. Now that system seems to be shared with pre-bookable advance appointments. On asking the rather gruff lady on reception how it worked, she looked at me like I'd two heads. I've since moved surgery..
