I know that this must be an old one, but I have recently tried to speak to another human over the phone regarding the delivery of some mail. I have been faced with an automated service which did not answer my questions. Eventually I was cut off. Every route I took directed me back to the same phone number, and hence the same automated service. I am aware that these sort of automated services may help to quicken the whole enquiry process however this illustrates a poor service when a customers needs are not being met. .
